Richie is a world class natural physique professional athlete whose main occupation is an exercise specialist in body recomposition, where he is renowned for his personalised programming and individualised nutrition plans for clients seeking tangible results in performance, aesthetics and general well being.
He consults clients and conducts personal training through Fitness First Richmond and also provides online coaching. His client base is diverse, ranging from corporate clients, sports specific athletes and bodybuilders (amateur to elite level), and general population clients seeking improved strength and conditioning.
He is also a fitness lecturer and wellness presenter with vast experience presenting to corporate groups and mentoring personal training students.
His areas of specialty are: pain management and postural corrective exercise; strength and conditioning and body recomposition transformation.

Knowledge and expertise have been gained from over a decade of industry experience and certification in Sports Science and Business (Hons) degree. He is also a certified Recomposition specialist amongst an array of further education certifications in nutrition, rehab and strength and conditioning.
As a natural Physique competitor he has represented Australia at National and International level and achieved a podium placing at the pinnacle world renowned event the “Natural Olympia” in Vegas 2015. He achieved his professional status as a Pro Physique Athlete winning the Victorian state titles at the “I Compete Natural” (ICN) show in 2016.
As a part time fitness and commercial model his modelling achievements to date include: Featuring on the Ellen Degeneres show as an underwear model. As a sports Model featuring the latest designs for 2XU compression for their international online catalogue on Amazon. Featured on the front cover of an International Calendar and been interviewed for, and published in, onshore and overseas health and lifestyle magazines.
